Moving Forward to Federal Court: Our Fight for Human Rights and Our Children

Dear Supporters,

The time has come for us to take our fight for human rights and the welfare of our children to the Federal Court. I am writing to inform you that we have officially moved our case to the District Court in Fresno. Attached, you will find images of the initial filing.

This marks a significant step in our journey, and I will be sharing this development with news and media outlets to raise awareness about the critical issues we are addressing. Fatherly Freedom has now become a 501(c)(4) organization, and we are committed to reforming the Family Court system in California.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support. Together, we will achieve justice and bring about the necessary changes to protect our children and uphold our rights.

Our story is one of resilience and determination. As a loving father, I lost my job and dedicated myself to acquiring the knowledge needed to challenge the legal system. Despite surpassing the expertise of attorneys and judges, their response was to unjustly strip me of custody of my son, awarding it to an individual proven to be abusive—both in court and through Child Welfare Services reports. This was done to increase child support payments, as the judge's husband sits on the board of directors of the child support agency, effectively turning our children into sources of revenue. This constitutes child trafficking and child abuse.

We will not stand for this injustice. Our fight continues, and we are determined to win. Thank you for standing with us.

Sincerely,

Nathanael Smith
